How to use the Conference Branding Platform.

1. Platform Overview
This platform manages all branding materials for the Reflection & Design 2025 conference. It allows you to preview designs, manage attendees, and export print-ready files.
Key Features:
- • Dashboard - Overview of all materials and quick stats
- • Materials - Preview Executive badge design
- • Admin - Add/manage conference attendees
- • Printer - Technical specifications for print production
- • Brand - Colour codes, typography, logo guidelines
2. For Conference Admin
Adding Attendees
- Go to Admin → Attendees
- Fill in the attendee form (First Name, Last Name required)
- Select their role (Attendee, Speaker, VIP, Organiser, Sponsor)
- Click "Add Attendee"
Note: Attendee data is stored locally in your browser. Export your data regularly as a backup.

5. Troubleshooting
Attendees disappeared?
Data is stored in your browser's localStorage. Clearing browser data or using a different browser will show empty attendees. Use the same browser to maintain your data.
Images not loading?
Check that all images in /public/images/ are present.
Colours look different in print?
Request a colour proof from the printer. Screen colours (RGB) differ from print (CMYK).
